When gets\nsome error, mhi_ctrl should be freed with mhi_free_controller(). But\nwhen ath11k_mhi_read_addr_from_dt() fails, the function returns without\ncalling mhi_free_controller(), which will lead to a memory leak.\n\nWe can fix it by calling mhi_free_controller() when\nath11k_mhi_read_addr_from_dt() fails.","modified":"2026-04-01T05:22:08.941349Z","published":"2025-09-18T16:15:45Z","upstream":["CVE-2022-50418"],"references":[{"type":"WEB","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2022-50418"}],"affected":[{"package":{"name":"kernel","ecosystem":"Azure Linux:2","purl":"pkg:rpm/azure-linux/kernel"},"ranges":[{"type":"ECOSYSTEM","events":[{"introduced":"0"},{"last_affected":"5.15.200.1-1"}]}],"database_specific":{"source":"https://github.com/microsoft/AzureLinuxVulnerabilityData/blob/main/osv/AZL-72316.json"}}],"schema_version":"1.7.5"}
